Pygmalion FX does not charge a restocking fee on returned merchandise. We will not refund shipping costs. <P> If your merchandise has arrived after the date that you needed it, and you want to return your order, Pygmalion FX will refund your returned items, but not your shipping costs. <P> If your order is around Halloween, due to an increase in order volume, plan on a one week processing time before shipment of your order.
